FormWA provides a platform for sellers to create online order forms integrated with WhatsApp. We are not a payment service provider and are not responsible for transactions between sellers and buyers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using FormWA for illegal activities, fraud, or spreading content that violates the law. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

Some FormWA features require a subscription fee. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by us.

6. Limitation of Liability

FormWA is not responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical failures or issues with third parties (such as WhatsApp).
