1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees for Pro and Business plans are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Transaction Refunds

FormWA is not involved in the payment process between sellers and buyers. Any refund requests for products or services purchased through a FormWA form must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
